Welcome to the Talent Observatory

Developed by the Municipality of Porto, the Talent Observatory is intended to be a tool to support decisions on talent management and economic growth. Here you can find comprehensive information on the dynamics of the labour market, from the point of view of the driving agents of the Talent ecosystem - Talent, Companies and Education and Training Institutions.

In the Talent Observatory you'll find information on Porto city and the Northern Region, generated continuously and up to date, both globally and territorially. Using it allows you to interactively and dynamically analyse the graphs, since when you select a characteristic of the population, the others adjust to display related information.

The aim of creating a structuring, aggregating and strategic project has thus been realised. It is intended to be increasingly participatory and appropriated by the Talent ecosystem, in which each agent is both a user and a supplier of information.
